1. In our opinion, the High Court was not correct in declining to entertain the petition in view of the pendency of certain proceedings in this Court. The High Court will entertain the petition. Accordingly, the writ petition filed in the High Court before the learned Single Judge will stand revived.
2. It is made clear that the pendency of proceedings in this Court will not come in the way of taking a decision by the High Court.
3. The writ petition stands disposed of.
4. Pending applications are also disposed of.
