Order

1. At the request of Shri Ranjit Kumar, learned Solicitor General, we adjourn this matter.

2. In the meanwhile, the State of Haryana will ensure that appropriate steps would be taken to award the contract for the project to the new concessionaire within two months’ time from today. The new concessionaire shall commence the work within a month’s time thereafter.

3. For no reason, we would extend the time limit that we have fixed today.

4. Our order will not come in the way of the previous concessionaire to agitate his claims or that of the State of Haryana or H.S.I.D.C. before the arbitrator who has already seized of the matter.

5. All questions are left open to be agitated before the Arbitrator.

6. Call the matter on 27th March, 2015.
