As the parties are still open to resolve all their disputes inter se, amicably, to facilitate the parties to do so, we suggested them to opt for a third party mediation, to which they have responded favourably.

1. As the parties are still open to resolve all their disputes inter se, amicably, to facilitate the parties to do so, we suggested them to opt for a third party mediation, to which they have responded favourably.

2. In view of the above, we requested Mr. Gurukrishna Kumar, learned senior counsel to act as a Court appointed mediator. He has graciously accepted the request.

3. Accordingly, we defer the hearing of this matter to 25.10.2018.
