4. In view of the settlement, exercising our powers under Article 142 of the Constitution, we set aside the impugned order dated 07.08.2018 passed by the Tribunal in C.P. (IB) No. 25/BB/2017 and dispose of the appeal in the above terms.
5. Parties to abide by the settlement terms as set out in the said agreement.
