Order

1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. There is no reason to interfere in the impugned order.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel that the charge sheet has already been filed, but because of the interim stay granted by this Court on 10th March, 2017, the trial is not proceeding.

4. In the circumstances, we direct the trial Court to expedite the trial.

5. If the petitioners have not surrendered, they are directed to surrender before the trial Court. On their surrender, it will be open to the petitioners to move an application for bail under Section 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code and obtain regular bail.

6. If such an application is filed, the same shall be considered by the trial Court expeditiously, on merits.

7. The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
