1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Since it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners-plaintiff(s) that order of status quo has been continuing with regard to possession of the property for the last about four years and the suit is at the fag end, status quo already granted will continue till the disposal of the suit.
3. Mr. Krishnan Venugopal, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-defendant states that certain third parties have already raised construction and this order should not be affected carrying out repairs. We clarify that the order of status quo is only with regard to possession and there is no bar to any repairs by the person in possession.
4. The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
5. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
