1. Today upon being mentioned by the learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, the order passed on 15-5-2018 is revised as follows:β
βHeard the learned Senior counsel appearing for the parties.
Mr. V. Giri, learned Senior counsel appearing for the respondents states that his clients may be allowed to use the suit premises till 31-3-2019, to which learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner has agreed.
In view of the above, as prayed for, time is granted to vacate the suit premises till 31-3-2019 subject to filing usual undertaking in the Registry of this Court within a period of eight weeks from today, stating that the respondents shall not create any third party rights, will clear all the rent/dues/occupational charges within a period of eight weeks from today and will peacefully vacate the suit premises concerned on 31-3-2019 positively.
Evictions orders passed by the Rent Controller and duly affirmed by the Rent Control Appellate Authority stand restored.
The Special Leave Petitions are disposed of in the afore-stated term.β
