Order

1. After hearing Mr. M.N. Krishnamani, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners and perusing the record, we do not find any error in the finding of facts recorded by three courts below. Therefore, we are of the considered opinion that on merit, the finding cannot be reversed.

2. However, Mr. Krishnamani, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners, submits that the suit property is only property held by the petitioners. The value of the said suit property is very high. The petitioners are ready to pay a sum of Rs. 10,00,000/-(Rupees ten lacs only) or even more to retain the suit property.

3. Hence, let notice be issued to the respondent limited to the above contention.

4. In the meanwhile, status quo, as it exists today, shall be maintained by the parties.
