3. It is not in dispute that the lands belonging to the appellants are similarly situated as the lands covered by the order dated 17.12.2014 passed in Civil Appeal No. 9910 of 2011 and other connected matters.

 

4. Therefore, these appeals are disposed of in terms of the said order, which shall form part of this Judgment.

 

5. No costs.
