1. On 1st August, 2014, when notice was issued, this Court had stated that the plea of juvenility, as has been raised qua the petitioner No. 2, shall be considered after appearance of the State in the matter.
2. Mr. Samir Ali Khan, learned counsel, has entered appearance on behalf of the State.
3. Regard being had to the plea raised and the documents filed, we direct that the learned Sessions Judge, Nalanda, Bihar, shall conduct an enquiry with regard to the juvenility of the petitioner No. 2. The relevant documents be filed before him on or before 20th March, 2015. The enquiry be conducted as per the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000, and the Rules framed thereunder and a report be sent to this Court by 13th April, 2015.
4. Let the matter be listed on 20th April, 2015.
