Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in view of the new Regulations i.e. Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable Services Interconnection (Addressable Systems) Regulations, 2017 the present appeal has become infructuous. It is ordered accordingly. Consequently, the appeal is disposed of as having become infructuous.

2. The appeal is disposed of in terms of the signed order.

3. Having heard the learned counsels for the parties we are of the view that these appeals ought to be listed along with Review Petition (Civil) Nos. 1409-1410 of 2014 in Civil Appeal No. 5253 of 2010 and Civil Appeal No. 5184 of 2010. The said review petitions had been ordered to be heard in open Court by the order of this Court dated 10th February, 2016 and are stated to be pending.
