We take the Terms of Settlement dated 17.11.2017 entered into between the parties on record and also record the undertaking of both the parties to abide by the Consent Terms.

2. With this, the present Special Leave Petition is disposed of.

3. The judgment of the National Company Law Tribunal will accordingly be substituted by the present order.
