1. Mr. Vikas Singh, learned Senior Counsel invited our attention to page 181 of the additional documents and submitted that offer for alternative accommodation was made to all the buyers in the project in question and that subsequently with respect to atleast eight such buyers, the settlement was arrived at. According to the settlement, those buyers had agreed to take alternate accommodation. It is submitted that similar offers were also made to the present respondents.
2. Issue notice on the SLP as well as on the application for condonation of delay, returnable in four weeks.
3. Dasti in addition.
4. There shall be interim stay in the meanwhile.
5. List for further consideration on 06.05.2019.
