Having regard to the nature of dispute and the fact that both the parties are government and government institution, we request both the parties to sit together across the table and resolve the dispute which is the subject matter in the present case. Indeed this has been the consistent view of this Court in many cases decided in past also. They are, therefore, granted time till 28^th September, 2018 for this purpose.

2. List the matter on 28^th September, 2018.
