1. Admittedly, the petitioner has also filed a review petition before the High Court against impugned order which is subject matter of this special leave petition. We, therefore, consider it proper to permit the petitioner to withdraw this special leave petition awaiting outcome of review petition filed by him and in the event of review petition being dismissed, with liberty to question the impugned order as also the order passed in the review petition in this court.
2. It is with this liberty, we permit the petitioner to withdraw this special leave petition.
3. The special leave petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
