For the same acquisition by the judgment dated 13.02.2014, this Court enhanced the compensation for A-Block from Rs. 16,50,000/- to Rs. 21,00,000/- and for B-Block from Rs. 14,69,600/- to 19,00,000/- (In Civil Appeal 2091 of 2014 and batch). These appeals are disposed of in terms of the said judgment in Civil Appeal No. 2091 of 2014 dated 13.02.2014. The appellant(s) shall not be entitled for interest and other statutory benefits for the period of delay in filing the appeal.
4. The Civil Appeals are, accordingly, disposed of.
