2. We are not inclined to interfere at this stage. The Special Leave Petition is accordingly dismissed. It will be open to the petitioner to argue for discharge, if so advised, in the event charges have not been framed. Petitioner will be at liberty to move the trial court for bail once charges are framed against him. We direct the proceedings in trial be expedited.
