1. We have heard Mr. Uday B. Dube, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr. Huzefa Ahmadi, learned senior counsel, appearing for respondent no. 2 in SLP(c) No. 33627 of 2018 who is on caveat.
2. Issue notice to Respondents NO. 1, 2, 5, 6 and 8 in SLP(C) No. 33627 of 2018 and respondents No. 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 in SLP(C) No. 567 of 2019 and respondents No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 in SLP(C) No. 792 of 2019. Notice to others is dispensed with for the present.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to serve notice upon the respondents in dasti also.
4. Status quo, as on date, to be maintained by the parties.
5. List the matters on Tuesday, the 12th February, 2019.
