4. We have perused the impugned judgment and the relevant record. Looking at the facts of the case and in view of the peculiar fact that the appellant is quite aged and suffers from some ailments, the sentence imposed upon him is reduced to one year.
5. The appeal is disposed of as allowed to the above extent.
