1. This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the application for bringing on record legal representatives of deceased appellant No. 2.
2. Keeping in view the factum of delay, we are not inclined to entertain the application and the same stands rejected.

3. This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the application for bringing on record legal representatives of deceased respondent No. 2.
4. Regard being had to the delay in filing the application, we are not inclined to entertain the application and the same stands rejected.

5. These appeals be listed after eight weeks.
6. It is open to the appellants to raise the issue of abatement of appeal at the time of hearing of appeal.
7. However, as agreed to by the learned counsel, the parties may appear before the Co-ordinator of the Mediation Centre of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana at Hyderabad at 11.00 A.M. on 24.08.2018 on which date the Co-ordinator of the Mediation Centre shall nominate a Mediator, who will mediate between the parties. Be it noted, we have accepted the prayer of the learned counsel for the parties as they are related to each other.
