1. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, we are of the view that the only relief which may be granted to the petitioners is to give them the right to make a representation against the renewal of the license which has been granted in favour of the respondent No. 9. Such a representation shall be made within a period of two weeks from today and all the contentions raised in this special leave petition shall be considered objectively and speaking orders shall be passed by the licensing authority within a period of two weeks thereafter. Needless to mention that both the petitioners as well as the respondent No. 9 shall be afforded personal hearing.
2. The special leave petition is disposed of accordingly.
