1. A similar matter relating to in-service Doctors is pending in this Court. It was being listed also before the lockdown. As the matter is extremely urgent, we direct the Registry to list the main matter for hearing on 07.07.2020. The petitioner is permitted to intervene in that matter.
2. Since the matter is urgent, as such, we do not consider it appropriate to transfer the matter, as that will take further time. With the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner to intervene in the pending matter in this Court, this Transfer Petition is disposed of.
3. List the main pending matter on 07.07.2020 before appropriate Bench.
