The Judgement of the court was delivered by

1. Application for impleadment filed by SBI Mutual Fund and SBI Funds Management Private Limited is allowed.
2. In view of the statements made, we modify the order dated 2-2-20211 which states that the distribution exercise will be undertaken by “SBI Mutual Fund Ltd”. The exercise would be undertaken by the “SBI Funds Management Private Limited” instead of “SBI Mutual Fund Ltd”. Ordered accordingly.

3. Learned counsel for the parties including writ petitioners-objecting unit holders have been heard. In principle, there is no opposition to the present application proposing distribution mechanism. The application is allowed.
4. However, if required, SBI Funds Management Private Limited, writ petitioner-objecting unit holders, Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund and Securities and Exchange Board of India would be at liberty to file an application for clarification, modification etc.
5. List the special leave petitions for hearing on 17th February, 2021.
