1. We have heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Since there is no objection to the transfer being allowed, the transfer petitions are allowed. Records be called for to this Court.
3. An affidavit has been filed by the Secretary, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India. Though in the affidavit, three months’ time has been prayed for yet in the last portion of the affidavit, it is stated that the entire process is likely to be completed by 15th January, 2020.
4. Learned counsel for the parties are requested to give a list of other connected matters within two weeks from today where same or similar issues are pending in this Court.
5. We direct the matters to be listed on 30th January, 2020 along with other similar matters before an appropriate bench after obtaining orders of Hon’ble the Chief Justice.
