After arguing the matter at some length Mr. C.U. Singh, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent-Company submits, on instructions, that the Company is ready to lift the lock-out qua 150 out of a total 202 workmen, to be named in a list, which he undertakes to file by the next date of hearing with an advance copy to counsel opposite.

Order

1. After arguing the matter at some length Mr. C.U. Singh, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent-Company submits, on instructions, that the Company is ready to lift the lock-out qua 150 out of a total 202 workmen, to be named in a list, which he undertakes to file by the next date of hearing with an advance copy to counsel opposite. He further submits that the respondent-Company is also ready and willing to transfer such of the employees, mentioned in the list, as may choose to be so transferred to a factory at Chembur which according to Mr. C.U. Singh is nearer to the place where the respondents-workmen live.

2. Ms. Indu Malhotra submits that if a list is provided to her she will be able to take instructions whether any workman out of those, mentioned in the list, is ready and willing to be transferred to the factory at Chembur.

3. Post again on Friday, the 7th August, 2015.

4. Needful be done in the meantime.
