2. Issue notice.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that respondents have entered appearance on caveat. Vakalatnama, if not already, be filed within two weeks from today.
4. Counter affidavit by the respondents be filed within four weeks from today. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed by the petitioner-Association within four weeks thereafter.
5. Pending further orders from this Court, we direct respondent no. 1 to calculate and deposit in this Court the wages payable to the workmen, affected by the lock-out, w.e.f. 1st August, 2014 onwards. Needful be done within two months from today.
6. We make it clear that we have not stayed the proceedings in the complaint filed by the petitioner-Association. The parties are also free to apply to the court concerned for expeditiously disposal of the said compliant.
