3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to serve the respondents by e-mail.
4. In addition, service be effected by way of Dasti on the Central Agency, Advocates on record for the State of Kerala and the National Medical Commission.
5. Mr. Dushyant Dave, learned senior counsel submitted that National Medical Commission has taken a decision on 8.10.2020 to postpone the counselling.
6. Status quo, as of today, shall be maintained in the meanwhile.
