Order

1. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the record. Particularly, we have seen the grievance of the petitioner of being implicating in the criminal case which was quashed. It has been submitted that I.A.S. officers Association gave a memorandum in support of the petitioner.

2. In these circumstances, the representation of the petitioner has to be considered by the concerned administrative authorities and not by the Court. Accordingly, we direct respondent No. 1 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take such appropriate action as may be considered appropriate within three months from today.

3. The writ petition is disposed of.

4. Pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
