1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. We do not find any reason to interfere with the Judgment and order dated 20.11.2018 passed by the High Court of Karnataka at Bengaluru in I.T.A. No. 180 of 2010. In our opinion, the High Court’s decision on conditions to be considered for renewal of approval of the appellant trust under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 is correct. The appeal is accordingly, dismissed.
