1. The petitioner has not been able to satisfy us that they ever acquired title in the goods. On the other hand, learned ASG pointed out that the matter went to the Settlement Commission which has found even the documents produced by the petitioner are tampered with.

2. We are not inclined to exercise jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India.

3. The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

4. Interim order stands vacated.

5. Pending applications stand disposed of.
