1. Issue notice.
2. Tag along with S.L.P.(C) No. 14156 of 2015 and other connected matters.
3. In the meantime, pending further orders from this Court, the petitioners shall be permitted to appear in the preliminary test of Delhi Higher Judicial Service Examination – 2015 scheduled to be held on 03.04.2016 and upon his qualifying in the same in Delhi Higher Judicial Service Examination (Main) descriptive at his own risk. The result of the petitioner shall, however, be kept in a sealed cover pending further directions from this Court.
