Civil Appeal No. 6096 of 2018 [Arising out of SLP(C) No. 11979/2016], decided on July 6, 2018
The Order of the court was delivered by
Order
1. Leave granted.
2. This appeal is directed against the impugned order passed by the High Court in F.A. No. 483 of 2008, dated 09.10.2015, whereby the High Court partly modified the order of the Tribunal and granted further amount of Rs. 6,00,000/- in addition to that which was granted by the Tribunal.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record of the case, we consider it appropriate to grant 40% of the loss of income on account of future prospects, in addition, to the amount granted by the High Court along with interest at the rate of 8% per annum. We order accordingly.
