1. We have heard learned counsel for the parties and are of the view that para 19 of the judgment and order dated 17.04.2017 needs a clarification/modification.

2. We direct partial modification of para 19 of the judgment and order to the effect that the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will refund the amount deposited to the Delhi Cooperative Housing Finance Corporation Ltd. along with interest at 10% with effect from the date when the amount was deposited with the DDA. The amount should be paid within two months from today.

3. The misc. applications stand disposed of.

4. Intervention applications as well as the applications for direction are dismissed on having become infructuous.
