1. Leave granted.
2. Heard the learned counsels for the parties and perused the relevant material.
3. The limited grievance raised is with regard to the condition subject to which pre-arrest bail was granted to the appellant. By the aforesaid condition, the appellant who is presently a resident of Maharashtra is required to report to Police Station at Patna, Bihar on Monday of every week.
4. The distance between the Police Station at Patna, Bihar and State of Maharashtra is about 1800 kms. Taking into account the said facts, we had passed an interim order on 18.05.2018 permitting the appellant to report to the nearest Police Station i.e. Uran Police Station, Uran, Navi Mumbai on every Monday of every week.
5. Having considered the matter, we are of the view that the aforesaid order should now govern the parties. Accordingly, the appeals are disposed of in terms of the aforesaid interim order dated 18.05.2018. Order of the High Court is modified to the above extent.
