1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the chargesheet has already been filed and he will be moving an application for discharge.

2. The Order of the High Court which is passed in the proceedings under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code does not call for our interference. However, till the order is passed on the aforesaid application, the petitioners shall not be arrested.

3. The Special Leave Petition stands disposed of accordingly.

4. Pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
