1. There has been an inordinate delay of 272 days in filing the Review Petition which has not been satisfactorily explained by the petitioner.

 

2. This review petition has been filed against Order dated 8th March, 2021 whereby the Civil Appeal filed by the respondent was allowed.

 

3. We have considered the review petition on merits. In our opinion, no case for review of Order dated 8th March, 2021 is made out. Consequently, the review petition is dismissed on the ground of delay as well as on merits.
