1. We have heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Permission is granted to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to forward the proposals as proposed for issuance of Letters Rogatory as per the prescribed procedure to the Ministry of Home Affairs for getting requisite concurrence.

3. Crl.MP is disposed of accordingly.

4. The order dated 13th April, 2015 is not on record. The Registry is directed to ensure that all orders are placed on record chronologically.

5. Since the order dated 13th April, 2015 is not on record, we have no other option but to adjourn the matter for the next date of hearing.

6. List I.A. No. 13 on 13th July, 2015 at 2.00 p.m. The Registry will also circulate the note dated 6.04.2015 filed by the CBI on legal issues and the progress report as on 30.06.2015 filed by the CBI in Court today.

7. It has been clarified by Mr. Saran appearing for the CBI that RC 219 2014 E0013 referred to in the order dated 9th March, 2015 (page 5) does not pertain to coal allocation and that is the reason why no report was filed in that regard.

8. A detailed progress report should be filed by the CBI and the Enforcement Directorate before 10th July, 2015.
