Sridharan, learned Senior counsel, who appears on caveat on behalf of the respondent, and on carefully perusing the material placed on record, we do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned judgment and order dated 11.03.2022 passed by the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai in Excise Appeal No. 3074 of 2006.

 

3. The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
