1. None appears on behalf of the respondent-State though served, even on the second call.
2. We have heard learned counsel appearing for the appellant and perused the record.
3. Having regard to the duration of the sentence imposed on the appellant, we consider it appropriate in the interests of justice to suspend the sentence against the appellant.
4. Accordingly, during the pendency of these appeals, the appellant is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
5. In view of the above, the prayer for bail is allowed.
