With
SLP (C) No. 16281/2017
The Order of the court was delivered by
Order
1. Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioners.
2. These special leave petitions have been filed against an interim order dated 30th May, 2017 passed by the Division Bench of the High Court in FAO (OS) No. 179/2017. Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submitted that the observations made by the Division Bench while issuing notice and granting interim order may be prejudicial to the interest of the petitioners and the order passed by the High Court is an ex-parte interim order. Learned senior counsel further states that with regard to the subsequent meeting scheduled to be held on 12th June, 2017, he is taking appropriate steps.
3. It shall be open for the petitioners to take such steps, as may be admissible, in accordance with law since in this case we are not concerned with the meeting which is going to be held on 12th June, 2017.
4. With above observation, the special leave petitions are dismissed.
5. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
