The Judgement of the Court was delivered by

1. Leave granted.
2. We find that this Court vide Judgment dated 22.04.2015 has considered the connected matters in C.A. Nos. 3926-3940 of 2015. At paragraph 12 of the said judgment it is held as follows:
“12. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of these cases, we are of the considered opinion that the amount awarded by the Reference Court be enhanced to Rs. 500/- per square yard with all other statutory benefits from the date of the order passed by the High Court.”
3. Being similar and connected matters, these appeals are also disposed of in terms of the judgment extracted above.
4. No costs.
