1. Delay of 17 days in preferring the Review Petition is condoned.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that although no formal applications have been made by them for the issue of copies of the digitised pleadings, depositions etc. so far yet they are ready to do so if permitted by this Court.

All Applications for impleadment/intervention are allowed. Memo of parties be amended accordingly.

On the facts of this case, we are not inclined to interfere with the order1 passed by the High Court allowing the application of the respondent under Section 11 of the Arbitration Act and appointing the Arbitrator.
