1. The instant appeal purports to be a statutory appeal pursuant to Section 13 sub-Section (2) of the The Chhatisgarh Rent Control Act, 2011 which reads as under:—

The short question that falls for determination in this special leave petition is whether or not the petitioner was eligible for promotion to the next higher rank of Inspector General of Police in CRPF.

In these two sets of appeals, the assessee is M/s. Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries Limited (SPIL).
