The property with which this appeal is concerned is described in the suit as ‘B’ Schedule Property (henceforth, referred to as the ‘suit property’).

This appeal arises from the judgment dated 02.07.2007 passed by the High Court of Madras in Criminal Appeal No. 188 of 1999.
