1. Mrs. Vibha Datta Makhija, learned senior counsel appearing for the applicants invited our attention to the order dated 24.07.2019 and specially the concluding para under which it was directed as under:

This case has a long and chequered history.

Sh. R. Venkataramani, learned senior counsel and Court Receiver has suggested certain measures to be adopted.

Learned counsel for petitioner is directed to handover the demand draft of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs) towards arrears of maintenance to the learned counsel for the respondent-wife.

The question of law arising in these appeals is whether a vendee who does not perform one of his promises in a contract can obtain the discretionary relief of specific performance of that very contract.

The only issue involved in this application is whether non-consideration of a judgment delivered by a three-Judge Bench in Re: Construction of Park at Noida Near Okhla Bird Sanctuary1, hereinafter referred to as ‘NOIDA Park...

The appellant is aggrieved by the order allowing the second appeal preferred by the defendants.

After due investigation, Charge-sheet has been filed in the present case.

This appeal is directed against the judgment dated 15.01.2009 passed by the Punjab and Haryana High Court dismissing the appeal holding that there is no substantial question of law involved.
