Learned counsel for the parties submit that although no formal applications have been made by them for the issue of copies of the digitised pleadings, depositions etc. so far yet they are ready to do so if permitted by this Court.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant-State that Respondent No. 1-Bharamappa in Criminal Appeal No. 709 of 2010 and sole respondent-Bheemappa in Criminal Appeal No. 710 of 2010 are dead.

This appeal is preferred against the judgment dated 13.10.2011 passed by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Indore Bench in Shri Narsingh Mandir v. State of M.P.1 which was preferred by the respondents herein.
