1. We have heard Mr. Sudhanshu Pandey, learned counsel appearing for appellant.
2. We have also heard Mr. Vikramjit Banerjee, learned Additional Solicitor General, assisted by Mr. Arvind Kumar Sharma, Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of the respondent-U.O.I.
3. In the meanwhile, there shall be an interim stay of the impugned order till the next date of hearing.
4. List the matter on 4th September, 2019 higher up on the Board.
5. Learned counsel for the parties shall file written submission/synopsis and counter affidavit by learned counsel for the respondent-U.O.I. by 30th August, 2019.
