1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. Delay condoned.
3. Since the High Court and the Tribunal have not looked into the Notification dated 07.09.2015 under the Foreigners Act, we permit the petitioners to move the tribunal for consideration of this aspect in accordance with law. Till a fresh order is passed by the Tribunal, the impugned order may not be given effect to. The petitioners may move the Tribunal within four weeks failing which this petition will be treated to have been dismissed.
4. The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
5. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
