1. Having regard to the allegations pertaining to the alleged juvenility of accused-Ballu @ Dharmendra, we consider it appropriate to direct the District and Sessions Judge, Guna, Madhya Pradesh, to make an enquiry under Section 7-A of The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 and send a report to this Court within a period of three months from the date the parties appear before the District and Sessions Judge, Guna, Madhya Pradesh. The parties are directed to appear before the learned District Judge on 30.08.2018.
