1. In pursuance to our order dated 07.10.20201, a report has been submitted to us by the Registrar (Judicial) of the High Court of Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad. In terms of the said report, the impugned order which was pronounced on 21.01.20202 being only operative portion with reasons to follow was received by the Registry only on 09.10.2020 after almost 9 months! It was uploaded on the website on the same date.
2. On this short ground alone, without even looking to any other aspect, we issue notice returnable on 29th October, 2020.
3. Dasti as well through the standing counsel.
4. In the meantime, the operation of the impugned order2 is stayed.
